Challenge:
To maximise yield of inkjet cartridge production, Epson's class 100,000 and class 10,000 cleanrooms need high quality, effective solutions to contamination control and cross contaminants.

Solution:
After trial installations, tests proved Dycem to be highly effective at reducing particulate counts. Dycem CleanZone and WorkZone were installed in a number of areas such as gowning rooms, corridors and access hatches. The trial was so successful that other Epson facilities around the world have since installed Dycem.
