Challenge:
This wafer fab facility has several 'state of the art' Class 1 clean areas that demand high performance contamination control solutions.  

Solution:
Dycem Flooring was installed and has now become an integral part of the company's continual drive for quality.  Alongside high performance particulate control, Dycem offers Electrostatic Dissipative versions of the flooring, which provides significant benefits to the microelectronics industry.

Statement:
"Since replacing Peel off Mats we have seen a noticeable improvement in static charge within the labs and surrounding areas. We also found that a lot of dirt was building in between where mats were ganged together. A much more effective method of prevention."
